Why Choose the International Program Bachelor of Business Administration Program in Global Entrepreneurship (International Program) Course at KMITL ?
During the globalization and digitalization, society is transformed into a place where digital technology and telecommunication connect societies worldwide. Business and industrial sectors are major factors of a nation’s economic development. All manufacturing processes in the business and industrial sectors inevitably require world-class management, with the knowledge and skills to achieve their organizational goals. The Bachelor of Business Administration program in Global Entrepreneurship aims to develop graduates with insight and to be specialized in entrepreneurship, management knowledge and skills, digital literacy, and English proficiency. These graduates will make contributions to the development of business studies, and thus they support the nation’s development with a sustainable self-sufficient industrial society. Entrepreneurship is one of the six key strategies in the National Strategy for National Competitiveness Enhancement. One key development guideline is aimed to promote and encourage modern entrepreneurs who are equipped with required skills, entrepreneurial spirit, the sense of competitiveness, and clear identity by (1) developing “smart” entrepreneurs; (2) facilitating easier access to financial services and assistance; (3) improving access to markets; (4) facilitating information access; and (5) adjusting roles in and facilitating access to public services. Besides, it is widely known that the entrepreneur is the engine of economic growth in the country. Accordingly, this program is focused to enhance students’ capabilities and skills toward the “3E + C.” E1 refers to the “Entrepreneurial process” in which we aim to educate the students the processes of becoming an entrepreneur from the 1st to 3rd phase. E2 refers to “Entrepreneurial self-efficacy” in which we focus on enhancing the students’ strong beliefs in their ability to start and manage their ventures. E3 refers to “Entrepreneurial intention” in which we will encourage them to have high levels of intention to start a new venture after graduation. The final C refers to “Creativity” in which we will stimulate their creativity so that they can use it with their business ideas. We have designed our program in a modular system. Students will go through three phases of the entrepreneurial process (Module 1: Venture searching & planning; Module 2: Venture marshaling; Module 3: Venture implementing). Furthermore, we have a wide variety of instructors, both native and foreign, who have both academic and practical experiences. Thus, after they graduate, they will be well equipped with knowledge and skills in global entrepreneurship. Their self-efficacy and intention to start a new venture with creativity will be enhanced.
